Management changed several times while I was there, with the same owner. They had little idea what was going on.

Overall compensation for your work
I had issues with my final paycheck that ended up taking months to sort out, a new manager ended up just giving me cash to settle it.
They were able to accommodate for the hours I needed off for school.
Extremely dirty, nobody seemed to want to change that.
Mine was good, because I was a good worker. But I noticed employees getting fired for petty reasons and without warning.
Equipment was poorly maintained and sometimes broken for prolonged periods of time.
Suggestions for improvement
- The owner needs to sell his stores off to someone who will engage themselves in the business, not just hire a bunch of kids to run the place and hope things work.No change in management will compensate for this.
What I like about the company
They were flexible with my schedule, and paid reliably (until the last paycheck, things were spiraling out of control.
What I dislike about the company
Pretty much everything else. It was a great weight off my shoulders to put Jets in my rear-view mirror.
