Your supervisor and other employees know you go through, and are just an or phonecall away. A monthly review has you set goals to be the best you be. E eryone wants cheerful customer service person the phone, so this phone job mostly women. They are good at the job.
Suggestions for improvement
- Let us choose our own hours. There are over 4k reps, I believe it can work itself out if you just let us work. No overtime pay unless pre authorized..I would love to work some weeks at part time and some at full time especially before a vacation. If flight is delayed treat employees like customers. Give them food and hotel vouchers too. Most employees makless than 10 an hour. In 2015 so hotel stay is literally a couple weeks work. Let us put in que the times or dates we want off. Then it can email us when fulfilled. Don't make us keep working at the center for long let us go home. If we have questions we know your a phone call away. If power or internet goes down dont stress us more to scramble drive into work. There are possibly things home that may need attention too. Now you have too scramble to get sitter, lunch and drive work. Unless you have some PTO. How about just no pto and let us stay home. Put an online work available so that people trying to pick up hours dont have to spend time trying to trade. A simple 1 post of your hours and let it be done. Hopefully all your hours will taken. This way if you want last 30 min of your shift off yoh can post it at 45 min to the time. And someone who is looking to work just 30 min can grab time. Right now it takes much time use non company sponsored website, and then yoi may or may not find someone since you have first join said site.
