Suggestions for improvement
- WORK-LIFE BALANCE OPPORTUNITIES
All line staff worked well together. We all counted on each other to help and step in when necessary.
Management could use more training on communication.
Pay is way too low for the amount of work and the level of commitment and loyalty of employees.
No communication from upper management on goals, poor communication from all direct staff members.
You'll find 1-2 good employees who will work with you.
if i could give communications 0 stars i would, the lack of communication from management was none existant unless you made a mistake up
Don't count on JEVS to hire you after your 4 month probation, they use most of the employee's they hire for 2-3 1/2 months then let them go instead of hiring them.
