No written communication, so OST information was transmitted word of mouth. Not effective.
Suggestions for improvement
- Important to create a climate of respect and kindness, but also important to hold people accountable for obeying company procedures and for actually working, rather than just hanging around and talking.
What I like about the company
I liked the work.
What I dislike about the company
Immediate supervisor very avoidant of confrontation and as a result bad co worker behavior never addressed.
