Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of the union. Add administrative support for chart management. Higher salaries. (don't know what current salary is, I worked ther e12 years ago.)
What I like about the company
My first job in the field as a beginning therapist and I learned a lot. I worked there for 5 years.
What I dislike about the company
Salary was low relative to similar companies and there was little administrative support for the cumbersome government regulations. I did not like it that I was forced (against my beliefs) to join a union.
