Micro-managed by the owner(s). It's there way or the hi-way on everything. Will not listen to opinions or ever admit they are weong n
Bosses pit employees against each other. Openly embarrass employees and play favorites (with holding help or equipment to certain people to give it to someone else)
Very little quality communication occurs, you are told what to do and not question.
Suggestions for improvement
- Allow vacation to be taken yr round not just the winter. Less micro management. Better hours. Clearly defined responsibilities
What I like about the company
Provided you have a bit of time in (non union positions) you got paid pretty well.
What I dislike about the company
Micro management. Long hours. Saturdays mandatory. Incompetent leadership. Favoritism.
