There are cameras and microphones everywhere. There are even hidden cameras. They monitor every single thing you do. The dress code is extremely strict (suit every day) but it is only enforced with certain people. If an individual is breaking a rule, a firm-wide email is sent out, but that individual is never directly addressed. It's a constant game of figuring out who is the boss/favorite that week and catering to their whims.
Support from Management
The leadership is not transparent about why decisions and changes are being made. They are fickle and base professional decisions on personal problems. They respond best to people that brown nose and choose favorites each week.
