Support from management
Leadership at Jimmy’s has no kind of organization or communication within. They will lie about things. They will not follow through on things they say. Some will go as far as bad mouthing the company, the way its ran and its owner.
Teamwork at Jimmy’s only happens well when upper management does not interfere
Freedom to work independently
Being supervisor of over half of their main warehouse, upper management would set forth the standard they would like to see improve and how they would like to get to the point of restructuring.
Once able to improve or restructure upper some upper management would lie and say things weren’t said. Argue and tell you things will never change for the better because the company says they want improvement but will never let it happen.
Other upper management will go behind other management and tell you to just do the improvements. Which in turn you argue with the other management and everyone ends up in a closed office and if you have read my small note about their leadership… Well you can kind of figure what war happened after the doors were shut.
