Suggestions for improvement
- I would incorporate more team meetings that would occur once a month, make more selling and service contests for prize money instead of meaningless incetives, and bring food and snacks to work more often to care for my associates.
What I like about the company
I have made many great friendships with the women I work with. I have learned a lot about the older generation that shops with us. I have also been able to gain experience with the operational side of running a retail store.
What I dislike about the company
I strongly dislike the entitlement that the company promotes for their customers. Many sales and coupons are extended or honored past their expiration after customers complain about it.
