There was no trust from the company and certainly no fairness. There was never any gratitude.
Support from Management
Employees opinions and efforts were completely disregarded. Goals were unattainable. Not a single employee was valued.
Suggestions for improvement
- New ownership by someone who is business savvy would greatly improve the company.

Nothing other than the bonds with coworkers due to the poor treatment
