- Have a well defined role and goal set for all groups, and provide the means necessary to attain them.
What I like about the company
Encouraged and supported you to develop your skills and provided the resources to do it, if you asked enough times.
What I dislike about the company
Upper middle management had a deaf ear to certain groups of the company. They outwardly encouraged teamwork, but were privately unsupportive of anything that could/would/should change the group in question and in fact actively moved to make that group look bad such as delays or cost overruns. Problems were identified and multiple solutions presented, but all were ignored or even written off as "not how we do business".
