Suggestions for improvement
- Upper management/ hr should hold more value in their employees concerns. They don't take enough action to fix issues to create a better work environment, unless the companies name is being theeatened.
What I like about the company
Understanding management. When life hapoens, they get it
What I dislike about the company
Sexual harassment history. Protecting employees that shouldn't be protected.
