We like each other but we often argue and have disagreements. There is a lot of credit-seeking.
The work is not hard but there is a lot of work to do and a lot of pressure.
Suggestions for improvement
- We need to increase our networking between accounts. We need to implement best practices that we can implement no matter what the client wants. We need increased training for managers and increased recognition for employees.
What I like about the company
JLL has training options and lots of advancement potential. They have enough accounts that there are lots of opportunities for learning new skills and having new experiences.
What I dislike about the company
We are so large that it is difficult to communicate all the new changes and announcements. We modify our processes and procedures to match what the client wants, and our client frequently changes what they want so we have to change our processes quickly and still deliver excellent service.
