The culture was just do what your told.
Support from management
Our direct leadership team set unrealistic goals
We were pitted against each other instead of working together.
Freedom to work independently
There was very little autonomy, I had very small say in my store.
The company was very good at giving sales results, successes, and we did have regular meeting . Other than performance of meeting company standards and goals, I had little input.
The managers at upper level had favorite managers at store level.
Office / Work Environment
I had no heating or cooling in my office, computers and handheld devices, registers were constantly down.
vacation days had to be approved, there were certain days and weeks that you didn't even ask. Hours varied weekly and days, I left because I was spending very little time with my family, missing a loy of family functions.
Yes we had very challenging work, and we did very well and proud of it.
