Support from management
Management lacks support from higher ups to succeed.
Freedom to work independently
There is no balance of tasks verses labor hours allotted for task completion
Too many daily emails, not enough time to throughly read everything
All members of this company need to be aware of breastfeeding laws. The company needs to TRAIN their management teams on the laws and figure out how to properly accommodate nursing mothers.
This company used to be family oriented, now it's not. People with young children the company no longer has compassion for.
It's retail there is always a risk for job eliminations
Suggestions for improvement
- Get your labor calculations and throw them out the window! Small format labor hours need to be re-evaluated. They need more help. Large format shouldn't be the only priority, small format needs TLC also. Find a balance folks! Your small formats can be quite profiting you allowed them to function the way they need to!
What I like about the company
The customers are very friendly and they love to teach you new things.
What I dislike about the company
