Position Management/executive staff
scheduling hours given to the stores is not enough to get the required work load done. We have a task report that states you need 550 hours for the week for task and customer service. To make payroll you can only spend about 440.
Not delivered in a timely manner resulting in double work.
Overall Compensation for your work
The company did not reach their goal in sales last year. As result most of the store mangers did not get a pay raise. The bonus structure was changed making it more difficult to get a bonus. I made less money last year then the year before.
