Little to no training options were available.
No way to work towards bettering yourself in your career or availability of advancement within the company.
Overall compensation for your work
Implemented paid vacation and then gave a hard time when the entire 4 days was used at once.
Office / Work Environment
Anti-fatigue mats were taken away because they didn't match the decor.
Expected to be 'available' to be called in on your days off and yelled at if you were out of town.
Had the feeling that your job was always on the line.
