Management lacks leadership skills and cannot resolve any form of conflict. New hirer's are set up for failure instead of success due to lack of knowledgeable trainer's & lack of team work.
The staff meeting do not change anything but are informed of neg. review's . All is because they lack leadership & direction. Suggestions are not welcomed or embraced
Suggestions for improvement
- Clean home at this unit and start over with proper training and learn to listen to your employees... Both sides ! Don't fire new hirer's without talking to them in person ! Don't waste your time or money on uniforms that you will only use 3 days to 6 wks
