Support from Management
In-realistic goals set as case load per team is in reasonable due to not enough case managers and attorneys
Suggestions for improvement
- All of the above needs to change in the Firm but it won't for one big reason.
What I dislike about the company
Lack of benefits, not allowed to take breaks, raises and reviews not given, some attorneys yell at their teams and call them demeaning names, lack of respect for employees, if employee is given promotion (they are told a pay increase will happen) but it doesn't.
