Employees are well informed about profits, successes and results, unfortunately non-management employees do not share in the benefits with promotions, raises, etc. Taking on more responsibility or being assigned additional duties has nothing to do with raises or bonuses.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Long serving colleagues are encouraged to retire or position is eliminated
Very little advancement is available.
Points attendance system discourages employees from calling in sick, arriving late, or leaving work early because of bad weather or emergencies.
The "rumor mill" is mostly true, even though management will deny it.
No, your position is not stable.
But doesn't ensure your position will be there tomorrow or you won't be let go.
