Suggestions for improvement
- Do more employee surveys and really listen to the results. It will make it a much better company. Also, don't put finance people in charge of large engineering groups. It destroys moral and employee engagement to be ridiculed by someone who doesn't understand what you contribute to the team.
I like about the employer
Deere is a big company and normally there are multiple opportunities for different positions in different regions.
