Absolutely no positive reinforcement. The only way you knew you were doing a good job was it you werent in trouble.
Support from management
By far, the worst supervisors I've ever had. They picked on certain employees and had favorites, which was very obvious. Took advantage of hard workers while letting their favorites get away with everything.
Suggestions for improvement
- Completely start over with management and hire people with degrees and experience. The management was a true joke. Make ground rules regarding management and employees being friends. They were completely clueless about how to treat staff with respect.
