Company Culture

They don't really commend you, they expect you to do anything. If you do something on your own and do a great job, it goes unnoticed.

Career Development

If you want to better yourself or take additional classes, they get huffy

Overall compensation for your work

The pay is great, but we ALL feel they pay well so they can treat you however they want to.

Work-Life Balance

If you have to leave due to being sick or because a child is sick, they don't have any empathy on you. When your shift is over at 4pm, you should be able to leave at 4pm, not HAVE to stay until 6pm or later. If you DO leave on time, you're frowned upon and told "you're not a team player"

Company Image

The Corporate office is great, it's the Pharmacies that we are all unhappy in.

Inclusive / Diverse

You are sent to diversity training once a year, but I honestly don't feel they abide by it.

Suggestions for improvement

  • CARE what your employees have to say, CARE that they too, have lives and want to get off work on time to see their families or go somewhere OTHER than work that day. Maybe they have a funeral, or their child has something at school that night, etc. Be CARING & empathetic if your employee is sick or has a sick child, do NOT look down on them for it.

What I like about the company

The pay is great, Benefits are pretty good, SOME of the people are WONDERFUL

What I dislike about the company

Some of the Pharmacy Managers talk to us as if we were children, or as if we were dogs. They speak sometimes like WE don't have feelings.
