Suggestions for improvement
- Revamp the technology and office equipment for more effective and efficient work product. Learn to recognize and appreciate real talent upon hire and provide room for growth and creativity. Refrain from hiring qualified individuals if the company's culture is not conducive to the use of such talents. Do not waste staffs' valuable time in requesting that three (3) minutes of start time be "made-up" when the loss of 3 minutes are as a result of unforeseen circumstances beyond the staffs' control; this request is not only ridiculous but also counter-productive. Treat the staff with more integrity as those who enter the legal field seeks to be of value to the company and wishes not to be treated as though they are in a secondary and/or elementary learning institution.
