Suggestions for improvement
- Allow co-workers input on new employee reviews. Making flex time permanent therefore allowing the employee to schedule their time around needed work schedule instead of controlling for a few. Advancement for administrative staff. Computer education for all staff, especially after changing products. Expectations should be equal amongst employees, not expect more out of some than others...this causes resentment. Supervisors should be able to do their own work and not arbitarily assign based on their inability to complete a task expected of others.
What I like about the company
The people I work with are what keeps me there. They are generous, bright, compassionate about what we do.
What I dislike about the company
Allowing outside people to control the work environment regardless of ethical standards; the tendency to keep people once employed even if they are not capable of doing the job, not treating employees as though they are adults, such as the swinging back and forth on flexible time. Sometimes it's allowed, other times it's not even though flex time would not affect the work that needs to be completed.
