Selection process

1. Interview

Our Talent Acquisition team works with hiring managers to assess candidates for each vacancy. When your application is selected, a member of our team will send you an e-mail to arrange a telephone interview. After that, we’ll contact you if you’ve been selected for additional interviews. 

You’ll find plenty of information at this site to prepare for an interview. Be sure to learn about our business and culture so you can identify ways that your skills, experience, and background can support the business you want to join. You’ll also want to review our Leadership Imperatives and be prepared to offer examples of how you’ve applied those principles in your work or academic experiences.

2. Offer 

If you’ve successfully completed the interview process, and are identified as the candidate we’d like to hire, you’ll receive an offer letter from our Talent Acquisition team. The letter will tell you how much time you have to respond to our offer and how you should respond to accept or decline the offer.

Company culture

Culture is great! Lots of teamwork and cooperation. Non-Management people can make an appointment and talk with managers and senior managers. Networking and trust are important, but achievable.

Support from Management

Management encourages and supports risk taking. You have to be smart about it and keep your manager informed, but if you do and win, you'll be rewarded. If it does not work out and you kept your partners and managers informed and mitigated risks, they won't count against you.

Workplace Safety

Sales model is near impossible to reach goals forcing employees to not be truthful on daily contact reports. Sales goals are pushed to the result of overstock in customers inventory. Resulting in unhappy customers. A collusive group of management, with a very closed idea of how to approach their business. Management has moved from company to company together over past two-three decades as products have sold. Very negative coaching techniques by most managers. Best for employees with no prior sales experience.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Some wonderful people make up this group. However some management collectively enjoys the militaristic management style and is very negative. If you don't like it that is "tough" we can just get someone else. If you have more than a year or two experience in sales you will not be happy here.

  • Company needs to cut down on all this outsourcing with 3rd. Party Suppliers whom seem not to know what to do.

What I like about the company

Overall just a very good Company to work for with equitable compensation, autonomy and a good support system from your boss's

What I dislike about the company

Once retired my pension has been totally messed up the past month due to J&J's Benefit Service Center, it is like the right hand has no clue on what the left hand is doing plus with 3rd. Party support there are gaps between the different departments ( Pension does not know what Benefits is doing and vice versa ).
