What I like

Pay and benefits

What I dislike

Lack of direction both on the daily activity and "big picture" level. Constant change in leadership positions lends to a less-than-confident feeling of future.

Suggestions for improvement

Truly listen to the suggestions of employees who actually perform tasks.

Inclusive / Diverse

The latest company focus.

Workplace Safety

More concerned about standardizing practices across the network than addressing issues unique to each plant.

Support from management

Unless you can convince management that it was their idea, chances are your suggestions will be ignored.

Office / Work Environment

Due to understaffing, office workers feel compelled to work double shifts to cover vacations/absences.

What I like

Overall this is an A+ company to work for. The facilities are excellent. Benefits are great. And the culture is one of the better that I've come across.

What I dislike

R&D is a little to political for my liking.

Suggestions for improvement

As such a large company, things moved slowly. I wish they would find a way to speed up the ability to get things done.

Company Culture

It's a fabulous culture. However, like an all workplaces, there is a level of politics that needs to be navigated.

Company Image

It's a great company. I would definitely consider taking a full time role if offered.

Work-Life Balance

Gyms in all buildings or gym allowance provided. I've had no issues getting time off.

Career Development

Timing is good for me as the company is just starting their agile transformation.

Handicapped Accessibility

Ramps and elevators

Overall compensation for your work

No concerns.

Inclusive / Diverse

Diversity is ingrained in the culture. I work with people of all ages and ethnic backgrounds. All are valued equally.

Environmental Friendliness

Lots of separate trash and recycle bins with pics

Workplace Safety

I've had lots of online training but nothing about safety. Gym staff communicates frequently and encourages ways to maintain health and avoid injuries.

Teamwork

Encouraged by management, but employees can be political and cause barriers and delays.

Attitude towards older colleagues

Fair. No discernable issues.

Support from management

Absolutely. My boss manages politics to assist my being able to do my job.

Office / Work Environment

Very nice modern facilities. Kitchens and gathering spaces are everywhere.

Challenging Work

Role is agile coach. Distributed teams and resistant business makes it difficult to do my job.

Job Security

I think so.

Internal Communication

Communication is abundant and occurs frequently.

Gender Equality

No issues related to diversity.

Freedom to work independently

Probably the most hands-off culture I've worked in. Everyone works independently and there is a level of trust for employees to do just that.

This is a great company to work for. Good pay and many perks. Very large so things can happen slowly so patience is requ

What I like

Nothing else to add beyond what I already stated. This is a top tier org to work for. One of the best I've ever worked for.

What I dislike

N/A. I do not disapprove of any departments except that they would benefit greatly from agile software development frameworks.

Suggestions for improvement

I would change the structure of the business technology dept to more effectively match up with agile frameworks. They are trying to do this but progress is slow.

Company Culture

Great culture but politics can make working difficult.

What I like

They pay well and have a safe work environment.

What I dislike

They push too much down from a corporate level and don't allow businesses to control themselves from a local level. There are too many management layers.

Suggestions for improvement

I would listen to the workers that have been there for along time. I would eliminate management layers that are not needed. A lot of people justify there jobs but are really not needed.
