This company once valued the workforce. There was mutual loyalty between management and employees until a year or so ago. Now the culture is very much divided. Just about all of the perks we once enjoyed have gone away. Senior management docked the work force a week's pay to correct a payroll mistake from 30 years ago. They cut our annual bonuses while they themselves continued to collect their own quarterly bonuses. Then they had the audacity to launch an ethics campaign.
There is no leadership here, only security cameras. Someone once suggested hanging a sign from the newly installed surveillance cameras that says "here is all the motuvation and inspiration you're gonna get".
