Suggestions for improvement
- First of all ever since the take over by Men's Wearhouse who now owns Jos. A. Bank this company needs to pay better wages for Mgmt, Full-time, and part-time employees along with improved work hours including proper floor sales coverage. This company is shooting themselves in the foot because of lack of sales floor coverage! If this company wants to deliver "World Class Service" to the public they have a lot to learn because they are not doing what is expected as far as that goes. There has to be a set of high standards as far as "World Class Service" is concerned! This includes how a customer is treated which includes from the first greeting of the customer; listening to their needs, presenting the merchandise (along with accessories shoes etc) to the alterations if necessary and final close of sale. This includes making sure each and every customer is acknowledged when they come into the store (30 second rule!) and not ignored or to avoid having them leave because they were not helped which is very frustrating to the customer! Sales floor coverage as well as work hours need to be improved along with better pay for employees. Maybe then this company could avoid the "Revolving Door" syndrome!
What I like about the company
The only thing that I like is that we are paid weekly every Fri and many of us have "Direct Deposit" but the hourly wages need to improve greatly as well as the work hours!!!!
