Suggestions for improvement
- Merit-based raises. Let employees use tuition reimbursement prior to 2 years of service.
What I like about the company
Everyone is very friendly and always willing to help you. People will find time in their day to train or teach you something new. There are additional programs offered to help you reach career goals.
What I dislike about the company
Compensation is very low for the area and industry. Your best work is not really encouraged through their yearly increases. Regardless of review, everyone gets the same increase.
