Support from management
Management does not care. They will talk with you about the issue you notice. Give a long winded speech about how your right, then they go out of their way, to make sure nothing changes.
There's no such thing. It does not exists.
It's a dead end job, unless you learn new things and weasel your way into a new position.
Overall compensation for your work
Low pay for high standards.
Even if you screw up on everything all the time, you'll never be written up, you'll never be fired. And you'll still get your yearly raise.
Suggestions for improvement
- Learn to fire those that are incompetent at their job. Learn to write people up. Learn to do your job!!
What I like about the company
They just started matching 401k at 6%. However it caps out at 6% of the 6% you invest. So say you invest 6% of 100$. This means you put in 6$, so they will put in .36$.
What I dislike about the company
The inability of management to have a back done and fire people. There are staff that refuse to do their job correctly. There are staff that just do whatever they want & the extremely few staff that do there job end up having to cover everyone's jobs.
