Support from management
All decisions are made about an employees standing without consideration to length of employment, dedication nor willingness to work and is based solely upon the buddy factor.
Suggestions for improvement
- No improvement advice an be given as the culture originates from the owner operator and there is no getting around that.
What I like about the company
Nothing could be perceived as positive due to high turn over rate on employment.
What I dislike about the company
No perks. No paid sick time and minimal paid time off after 1 year of employment. No employer contribution to family insurance plans. plans were $1400 per month for faintly insurance. Over 140 employees turned over in 5 years. Open dishonesty from owner/operator and management staff to employees. Extremely low pay scale in comparison to other employers.
