Support from Management
There is minimal training, if any. You are left to figure things out on your own and God forbid you make an error.
The only time the upper management uses the word team is when they require help. If you need help for any reason, you are on your own.
In one calendar year, there was about 10 people let go with out any notice or warning.
I like about the employer
Unfortunately, I can't think of one thing that I like.
