Suggestions for improvement
- Be human!!! Take care of your employees so they can take care of your customers. PAY the WAMU manager an equal salary. Respect working single parents.
I like about the employer
I dislike about the employer
They pay the Chase Manager 20-30,000 more than the WAMU employees to do the same job. They even paid new employees more than WAMU managers. They give you a bonus once per year and always find a reason not to give it to you. Bonuses are always distributed unfairly. Upper management always threatens your job if the unattainable goals are not reached. An unbelievable amount of pressure is put on the manager & staff to sell products that are unreasonable for the area. Upper management speak to you in a condescending manner. Not enough staff is given to the branch manager to run the branch effectively. Manager's suggestions are not taken into consideration when it comes to staffing their branch yet we are held responsible for survey scores (which can cause you your yearly bonus). They care more about the customers than the employees that take care of them. Most employees are miserable and feel stuck in the job because of the work industry in hard now.
