Suggestions for improvement
- Headcount costs much less than screw up at work. Upper management needs to understand that whatever they said is nice to do, people will pull energy to do it, so they need to think deeper before action.
What I like about the company
People are great, work as a team
What I dislike about the company
Current upper management has the "do everything and do it now" mindset, does not separate well what is must do, what is not high value. With this attitude, still very conservative about hiring, causing work life balance to suffer.
