Company does comply with OSHA standards but training is poor.
Suggestions for improvement
- The company needs to make vase improvements to uplift employee morale, but any unfortunately any specific suggestions would be ignored.
I like about the employer
I liked the bonus since it was more than expected.
I dislike about the employer
I don't like the culture and how unfair the company treats Americans in comparison to the Japanese, with it being a Japanese company. Additionally, it seems to be nearly impossible for a woman in the technical field to be respected. Although they claim to have flex time, they really don't for elected persons. And, there is nearly zero opportunity for growth and development, instead they want you to be a robot and just do as told without contributing your own ideas or opinions.
