Suggestions for improvement
- The company should disallow account managers from acquiring too many clients on their teams. Some teams work harder than others because of the client load on their teams. Also, this company should treat all of their employees more fairly. The rules for one employee are not the same for the next employee. There is no congruity in treatment and rules.
- Additionally, there is a lack of communication within this company.
