Suggestions for improvement
- Start over!
As a consensus-driven organization, far too much time is spent socializing your work with leadership to ensure buy-in.
Provides good benefits and a decent work/life balance.
- It can feel like you're working for the government (large, slow-moving & complex organization)
- Nothing is ever "easy" - our on-boarding is not exactly top-notch.
- Annual raises are not on par with the private sector in this area.
Well respected in the marketplace and the reputation continues to grow
The internal politics. Long term employees, who are favored by leadership, can be disrespectful and disruptive to others. Not a level playing field. Some days it feels like middle school with the gossip and undermining.
