Management set goals for staff without enough staff to meet targets. Do more with less attitude and the workers suffer the consequences .
Not always, and training always felt like your punishment
Suggestions for improvement
- Make sure that the people they hire are qualified and the employees that are cross trained into other areas are properly trained and not thrown into something that they will fail in and that in turn is reflected on poor customer service .
