Promotes diversity but some managers practice favoritism

- Training of supervisors and managers to be unbiased and they should be a people person who listens to everyone and should care for everyone
I like about the employer
It has a good medical insurance benefit, it promotes wellness and health and I love their medical hospitals.
I dislike about the employer
KP is a good company. Some supervisors and managers mismanage their individual groups by practicing favoritism to include promotions
