Kaiser , Inc. experience report

  • Employee

The higher ups don't communicate anything effectively. It's maddening

2.83

Company Culture

There is absolutely zero effective communication

Work-Life Balance

An hour commute both ways doesn't phase them

Challenging Work

A trained monkey could do it

Suggestions for improvement

  • Communication would be plus. Don't waste our money and then fire people because we're suddenly on down times

What I like about the company

They provide CE time off but make it so difficult to use that no one does. They don't tell anyone what is happening within the company. They make changes to our work processes but don't say why or how certain metrics are measured. If not for the health care and pay, I'd be long gone

What I dislike about the company

See previous, they need to talk to their people. Treat the department like a department with people, not just nubmers
