- New ownership... Sell the company who knows that they are doing and wants to see a company thrive
I like about the employer
Not much other than that it was a steady paycheck. But a small check.
I dislike about the employer
There was poor leadership and new owners in the buisness for a quick buck. Which means cutting waaaayyy back on employee incentives. I was asked to sign a two year intent, stating I would stay with the company but when I asked about compensation I was told money comes over time. How can they expect someone to agreento that? I was a good enough employee to be asked to stay for atleast two years... But not good enough to deserve a raise or receive any other benefits? No thanks
