Suggestions for improvement
- Make it a strict policy to speak English in patient care areas. 80% staff are Filipino and speak their language anytime they want. Management looks other way because it’s such a hot topic in this politically correct environment that they don’t intervene due to employee backlash.
What I like about the company
Good place to work, it’s been founder and leader HMO for decades
What I dislike about the company
They discontinued 20,25,30,35,40 service award catalog gifts. I was looking forward to getting gift and not going to get.
