Support from management
You can talk to any manager and no matter if it is there job or not they will help if they can.
Always team work or it doesn’t work. KAKS has gone through a transition of people to make this clear.
Freedom to work independently
It is encouraged, as long as the job allows and you are trained accordingly.
Lead Team meetings every week with management to know how the team is doing
Same as above qualifications we have had female engineers interviewed and deny the job.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Most employees are of the same age but like the mentoring of the older engineers.
Training and certifications are company paid
Overall compensation for your work
Office / Work Environment
Going through a transition It’s ot gorgeous but it will be. A new facility will be built in a year or so much larger and a few building not just one
Everyone is friendly
When employees have family issues KAKS understands and is very fair about time off
As long as you do your job your secure. They are not firing kind of people.
Not at this time but it’s easyto around it’s one floor and very open.
There is a safety plan in place with a safety rep who is qualified in first aid/cpr/aed and safety tslks happennas well as meetings with the team
Can be but you need to be willing to learn. If your an engineer in the field no you will love the work.
Inclusive / Diverse
We are of all cultures at KAKS no one culture as long as you can learn you can work hear if you are qualified.
