Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to employees. Take the quality of life very seriously of the residents. Pay attention to signs that residents need help.
What I like about the company
I met great people. I was able to impact some parolees in a very positive way. They looked to me for encouragement and support.
What I dislike about the company
The lack of support. The lack of listening to lower employees who actually have interaction with the parolees. Focusing too much on profit, rather than helping the people with substance abuse issues.
