The employees work well together, but management don't work well with employees.
Support from management
They only support the ones they are friends with not anyone else, you have to go out on your own time with a manager to ever move up.
Good with the little guy, not so much with management.
Freedom to work independently
On the most part you work on your job and should know what you need to do.
Tons of high up meeting but doesn't let works know what is going on, just thinks we should know what happened in there meetings.
As long as you are friends with someone in management.
Attitude towards older colleagues
They are moving more younger people up than older, per our CEO time served and being a knowledge of your area means nothing to him.
Only for the few chosen ones.
Overall compensation for your work
They try in some cases, but in ours if they don't understand all you do they don't .
Office / Work Environment
If you work in an area the care about you get updated areas, if not you get all the old junk.
They do care about the environment.
Only work 8 to 10 hours a day 4 to 5 days a week so not bad.
The company is up for sale and is not doing well at find new contracts.
All but two areas.
Safety is important.
It is in some cases.

- Hirer new management team.

Management not caring about what you have done to help them move up, but still try to keep you down.
