Supervisor's rarely commended employees on their work. There was certainly a huge unfair atmosphere about the employees.

Support was offered but rarely available
Teamwork only applied to specific teams but global team work was not there. Example: Getting inbound and outbound teams to work together was near impossible as there was always a bitterness or immaturity between employees on different teams.
