Supervisors defaming employees work performance.
Support from management
No support only work obstructions.
Freedom to work independently
No say; attempts to make changes for improvement obstructed.
All positive work performances declared poor and unsatisfactory.
Older men and women do not have the same career opportunities. New hires are obstructed in their performance for the purpose of "compelling new hires to quit" (or sign a document that they are quitting when terminated; or compelled to sign false documents alleging that they were doing poor and unsatisfactory work).
Attitude towards older colleagues
Older employees are harassed and compelled to quit or terminated under false allegations.
No career beyond three months unless you are a relative of a hierarchy of the corporation.
Overall compensation for your work
OT hours are not paid according to FLSA; false allegations are made as to whether employee is exempt or non-exempt. Employees are wrongfully terminated or compelled to quit before they are eligible for benefits!
Office / Work Environment
Work site violates OSHA/GSA standards; no effort to comply with standards.
Numerous violations of OHSA/GSA standards; no efforts taken to protect employees from environmental hazards.
Vacation days not paid; working hours are not on a normal scale; OT required but not paid.
Employees are "afraid" of upper management whenever he is around. When he is not on the work site, they are joyful and happy; work performance increases without his presence. Corporation also practices "corrupt sales tactics"; "create false claims for warranty with suppliers"; and other acts of corruption.
This corporation has an unstable job security. There is no job security with this corporation unless you are a family member or a relative of a member of the hierarchy.
Cleaning supplies; required work tools; OHSA/GSA PPEs and other requirements for health and safety issues are not adhered to for the health and safety of the employees.
WORKING CONDITIONS DO NOT COMPLY WITH OHSA/GSA and the upper management refuses to comply with all safety issues regarding employees!
Sense of accomplishments are defamed by management. Proud of work performance not acknowledge by management; on the contrary they aggressively make false allegations of poor and unsatisfactory work performance. (Have photos and documents that contradict managements false claims of poor work performance).

Company does not promote diversity. No ideas are supported.
Suggestions for improvement
- This corporation needs to be completely revamped before it can live up to its claims of "integrity", "honest" and "profitability".
What I like about the company
There is nothing that I can like about this employer.
What I dislike about the company
That the upper management will make false claims (documented, photographs and other evidence in their own words). False claims are used to deny the employee of unemployment benefits. KanEquip did not pay me all of my hours worked; hours of overtime; and did not provide me the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment for me to perform my job tasks (although I was able to increase my work performance; photographs and documents available).
I do not like the fact that they turned in a false warranty claim with one of their suppliers.
I do not like the fact that they switched and/or exchanged tractors sold to customers with a different model.
I do not like the fact that they would sell used equipment as new equipment to their customers.
