Sexist attitudes prevail
Suggestions for improvement
- Upper management must change to change the work culture, improve morale, and instill personal accountability. A knowledgeable and functioning board of directors not hand picked by current management is also critical
I dislike about the employer
Inept management and clear biases (Double Standards) persisted. Staff social missteps, foibles, and negligence were not remediated, only camouflaged. Task avoidance persisted as daily work strategies for many.
