- Better opportunites to help people grow in their job if they'd like to stay. Better raises.
Excellent Directors, some good supervisors and training
Bad or miscommunications happen, even here.
College does not count here. Only experience.
Compensation for skills is low.
Work life balance is poor, demands are high for skills but lack of pay for those skills
Too little staff for tasks, to and scared to hire more people to help with large projects to save money
